Third time lucky? Obviously not.
Jan. 27th, 2008 12:25 amI just bought The St Trinian's Boxset from dvd.co.uk. This one is faulty too! It is almost impossible to get Disc 1 out of the case and Disc 4 appears to be welded to the case. It doesn't even spin in the case. I'm too scared to try taking it out of the case again in case I break it! Mark can't get it out either.
Edit: Discs 1 and 2 are noisier than average DVDs (average = Star Trek Voyager) but not as loud as Disc 2 from the Amazon.co.uk boxsets. I haven't tried Disc 3 and 4 still won't budge
Help!
[Poll #1127904]
I was going to add a ticky box question but I really Can't Be Arsed. I've had enough now.
Edit 2: If Mark and I can't get the dvd out of the case does this count as faulty? I mean if they can get it out (without brekaing it) and it works am I going to look like an idiot and be liable for return postage costs?
