an idea might be to put a brief note on the door to the mail person? i've currently got one on mine saying that i don't need menus for x, y and z, and it seems to have worked so far. if any thing comes through, i'm sure gonna give their boss a visit to get them in trouble. maybe a similar clear and direct message would give you more leverage to complain directly to the mail person's manager if they're too stupid to comply?
